Default Tire help please...

Im just wondering if a 245 tire would be a bad stretch for a 10'' rim? Im trying to not have a stretched look.

Thanks
Jordy

well whats the smallest you think i would be able to put on the front. my rims are 19''x10'' with a +20 offset, my cars dropped about 1.3 from stock.

Why the smallest versus the largest? What size is your rear tire?

I suggest you google or look in the stretched tire section so you can see exactly what it will look like. Most members arent into the stretched tire trend so you will get a lot of useless comments. oh yeah and stop being lazy it took me all of 10 seconds to pull up a full page of info

on a 10"x19 rim 275 tires is pretty much a straight up and down sidewall

a 245 will be hella stretched

245s will probably be stretched on a 10" rim.

It's like pulling one pant leg up to imply that you are in a gang or carry a gun, except that the implication with tire stretching is that you like dudes without having that rainbow sticker on your car.

Most people use stretched tires to allow for a wider wheel and/or lower offset. It's a technique used to mount more aggressive wheels. It's just a preference that's not widely accepted here, but is in other places. It's all just whatever you prefer.

tires that fit your wide wheel sounds more aggressive to me then making a smaller tire fit a large wheel...anyone should agree with that...i've always thought the one pant leg up and one down was stupid....hahah
