This is not the first time that an ebay seller has tried to post these "Nismo" wheels for sale.

I recall seeing a set before that we all made fun of..

I was actually browsing ebay today for nismo wheels, I wonder how i missed those? Dont get me wrong the guy is an asshat for trying to sell bs wheels, and I hope he doesnt sell a single set and gets reported for fraud. At least his paint scheme is original lol. He still deserves get slapped for doing so.

this guys has been selling these for quite some time, and he says he needs to money for medical bils. If you look through the stock wheel modification thread, one guy actually purchased these and has pic of them on his car. It didn't look that different and not too bad either.

Someone here had some like those a while back.

What makes these wheels so special?

This wheel design came from NISMO motorsports as they have taken a set of OEM nissan 350Z wheels and modified them with a machine face with black background. The design was first seen when one of our clients who was heavily into "drifting" took a trip to japan and saw that one of the drifters there had these wheels no one had. He inquired and been told that NISMO motorsports made these one off wheels just for that one racer as Nissan motorsports was his sponsor. He brought us a picture and we modified a set of OEM nissan 350z wheels just like NISMO did.
Yeah... right... I want to talk to guy face-to-face.

He also buys individual wheels and TPMS for cheap then sells them as a set at an inflated price.

They are one thousand two hundred dollars in this particular auction, not two thousand.

He claims the following...
1) you go to my store inventory and where the regular price is $1999 or ... 2) you can buy the item here on sale for this 10 day auction stretch for $1199.99
But I am guessing he isn't just selling them at an eight hundred dollar discount because he is real generous, but because he posts a bunch at two thousand to make the twelve hundred dollar price seem reasonable.

He tried to buy the Grand Touring wheels I had for sale last month and was low balling the hell out of me. I asked him if he was just going to give them a crappy paint job and resell them on eBay saying that he needed money for medical bills. He gave me some bullchit response about all that he does to the wheels that make them so expensive and how he was coming out with his own line of wheels soon.

Seemed like a complete jackass to me.
