im new to this so i was wondering if i can do the matte black es 2.2.2 19x9.5+12 and 19x10.5+0 on my 350z... i know i have to roll my fenders but for the rear do i have to stretch the back out

On a +12, 350zs usually run 245/275. Its flush with the fender rolled. I am sure you can run 255/285 with more camber!
Well if you run +0 in the rear, all you need to do is roll the fender and run stretched tires of 245/40 rears. If you want to run meaty tires, then you can flare the fender.
