Arrow best tire size on stock 06 wheels

hey guys i was wondering what size you'd recommend for my stock 06 wheels? right now they have 245/45/18s and im about to lower the car on hotchkis springs. so i dont know if i change the tires size if i'll get more of a wheels gap in the rear...one guy said i should run 285/35/18 but that seems too wide for a stock wheel and its a 35 series...idk what do you guys think? pics would help alot! thanks

i would run the stock sizes. anything more than a 255 on the rear (8.5) rim is unnecessary on a stock z. I see too many people doing this like it makes their car faster or something.

ya sorry man i couldnt find anything about this...maybe i was using the wrong words in the search bar. i'll keep trying though.
i think i'll stay with the stock size i was just wondering if there were other suggestions because of my spacing and about to lower the car. maybe a 45 series would be too tall or maybe the run a wider tire but not as tall...idk just wondering

Your kinda stuck with stock sizes till you get wider wheels, but 265/40 rear works and 245/40 works.
