id seriosuly just reccomend buying some Varrs and GOOD spacers and be done yal... best of luck tho, subbing again for pics.. someday.

 

i wish i had just saved for some Varrs... im waiting for my 527's STILL... not to get to me but just to get to the DEALER... ive asked them a couple times if there was any news and i havent heard a thing, they were supposed to be in before the end of last month... im pretty much giving them til the end of the week before i start being loud and impatient, i would at least like them to answer my PM's...

 

Just call xxr themselves. The dealers can only give u estimates on what Somone at xxe told their boss etc.
They're pretty cool w handling the constant update calls they get. They can tell u if your wheels are even on a boat on the water to the US . Your dealer wont have that info.

theres a Vars thread for Vars post. oh and btw you dont need spacers on vars they have pretty solid offsets.

last time i called the manufacturer when i was waiting on an item from overseas they didnt have MY specific order, or anyone else's for that matter, in a log of sorts, only the mass order from the dealer. Thus why i did not call XXR directly. Either way, knowing now that i can call and might get some sort of answer, i will.

Correct. My point was everytime I called nlm..I got the same canned answer... and I got much more specific info on era's by calling xxr direct.

Sooo your last resort is by coming into a replica type wheel thread about new and upcoming wheels and not only do u buy them u then cancel your order and continue posting about how your precious car couldnt handle these wheels and that u needed forgestar this and blah blah that bc your hideous car has wide fenders. what sizes/color? I know a lot of the shipments of the gold and flat black have arrived but not the chromium black 18's (which is what im waiting on) or the other two "special" colors...

 

so... called XXR and they said the 527's probably wont ship until the end of June... im seriously considering cancelling my order and going with some Varrs if that is true...

i probably will do it, thats a ridiculous wait time for something of this quality.... if it were Volks or a nice brand like that, i would be fine waiting... but not for these...
