This car flows so well, but you should (imho)take the tint off the tails or get the jdm ones and it will look really clean, also go lower lol

Is that the same car in both pictures? It looks so black in the first one and so blue in the second.

I saw that earlier today.. I'll most likely get the 531's in 18's or 19's when they're for sale.

Finally found my tires used. I have XXR 521 18x10+25 all arround. 265/35/18front and 275/35/18rear. After I have them on, I will figure out what size spacer to run in the back. I will get it drop but not sure on coilovers or springs. I hope to get some pictures this weekend. I am having a hard time finding someone to roll my rear fenders in Las Vegas. One place wanted $100 but waiting to get their roller in. Another wanted $200.

i was going to buy 526s but i decided to get 521s instead.. 18x10 +25 f and 18x10 +12 r.. 275/35 f, 275/40 r. opinions? not that it can change anything now.. wheels already on order as well as s-techs(might go with gf210s an dump the stechs later depending on what it looks like when settled)

chromium black/polished lip/chrome rivets on black 05 base

I'm running 18x9.5 +20 all around with those tire sizes. Looks good and is functional. I just installed the front 275/35/18 coming from 245/40/18 so I'll find out this weekend how much better the handling is at autocross. With your 18x10 those tire sizes should be perfect. I think my front fitment is perfect, just need about a 10mm spacer for the rear.

There is a staggered tire size we have to maintain in order to keep the TCS/VDC happy. If we dont, the result is the "slip" light illuminating.

The stock tire sizes and Outside Diameters are:
225/50/17 25.9"
235/50/17 26.3" (0.4" stagger)

225/45/18 25.9"
245/45/18 26.7" (0.8" stagger)

245/40/18 25.7"
265/35/19 26.3" (0.6" stagger)

265/40/18 26.3"
285/35/19 26.9" (0.6" stagger)

When choosing new tires, try to find front/rear pairs that maintain the stagger of at least ½" and less than 1". You should also look for front/rear setups that maintain the same OD as that will keep your speedometer and odometer accurate.

Here are the most common "upsized" tire combinations. These are known to work and keep TCS/VDC happy.

245/40/18 25.7"
275/40/18 26.6" (0.9" stagger)

245/35/19 25.8"
275/35/19 26.6" (0.8" stagger)

255/35/19 26"
285/35/19 26.9" (0.9" stagger)

245/30/20 25.8"
275/30/20 26.5" (0.7" stagger)

Check the manufacturer's website to find the Outside Diameter of tires before you buy them, or use one of the online tire calculators:
http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
http://www.wheelsmaster.com/rt_specs.jsp

Micheal Moon... your choice in tire size is greater than 1 inch in staggered tire size differance.

BTW....The xxr 521s looks alot better than the 526s. I was going to get the +12s like you did, but I didnt have my fenders rolled yet. I would love to see how yours turn out.
