proper tire pressure for stock 18's

mine always beeps.. -_-
on a warm day, it goes around 31,32..
but when temp drops.. it gets to 27...
whats the psi that i should keep..?
is it okay to have them a bit high?
cuz im getting !@#$%^&%$^ with these beeping on me!!
also..
which is which?
i mean left/right on this monitor..

35 COLD. take liberties with it as you will, the tires suck and 35PSI just makes them suck even more. 32 is pretty nice cold. the sensor goes off at 28.
