Traction control issues.
So I bought this car off a dude. He had 17s on it and said he had disabled the tcs (by pulling fuse) because it kept going off w/ the 17s, but he had no problem on stock 18s. So today I put the stock 18s back on and put the fuse back in and reset the ECU. The brake and ABS light turned off, but whenever I turn w/o breaking all my breaks kick in and slow me down. Checked under the car found that a bolt from the tortion/roll bar was missing. Replaced it and still same. Any suggestions? Does it take time for the system to "recalibrate" no CEL or any other lights on. The VDC button does nothing, so maybe the module is bad?

The symptom you describe is the classic example of wrong size tires which you don't have. If VDC/SLIP came on all the time, then I'd guess you have problems with a wheel speed sensor or the ABS/TCS/VDC control module. It could be a problem with the G-sensor that is part of the VDC system, or it could be a problem with the steering angle sensor.
Usually when somebody pulls the fuse, that kills ABS/TCS/VDC and the brake lights so I'm not 100% sure of what fuse he pulled and you replaced. He may have also disconnected the G-sensor as that is a method of disabling it. The G-sensor is under the console. I assume you've talked to him to find out exactly what he did, correct?
I'd take it to a dealer and get them to run the diagnostics on it.

Sorry for the long responses. But today I took the center console/arm rest apart and looked at the g-sensor. It appears to be hooked. I unplugged it and replugged it. I also did a overnight unplug of the battery. After 6 miles of driving it still does it. But still no "slip" lights come on neither does the "VDC off" after I press the VDC button.
