So I'm finally found a set of 19" time attacks.

Few problems:

The owner is claiming that the wheels have never been curbed and that the time attack (red) paint is beginning to peel in certain spots.
Is this a known issue? Apparently these wheels are from 2007.
Could this be just age?

If so, any fixes?

Not sure whether or not it's common. Any chance they were regular TE37 in flat black that someone painted a time attack strip on?

In any case, this should help:

Haha could very much be.
No stickers either, apparently they didn't come with any? :/

Does that paint even match?
Might be cheaper just to buy that and paint myself....lol

I think Rays may sell the authentic decals to you but you need to provide them proof that you own an authentic set of their wheels. Although, I don't know if they still have the TA stickers since that was a limited edition wheel.

Sorry for repeatedly asking questions guys but I've got another one...

So I'm about to finally shoot off a payment on a set of time attacks.

I want to source a set of stickers for these wheels but Ravspec has told me that the earliest they could get a set in would be the end of October.

I happened to come across a set sold by ebay who claims that they are real.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/251102144888...#ht_500wt_1182

What do you guys think?
I already have a paypal invoice from him so all I need to do is send the money to pull the trigger on these.

Thanks again,
Shyun

Listing has been removed so can't see if they're fake or real.
They claim they're real but now days you can't trust anyone so confirm it (fake or real) yourself before sending the money.

How would I go about or what steps should I take to confirm it?

Search! Everything you need to know (TE37 fake or real) is in that search box up above. Type the key term in parenthesis and you'll find what you're looking for.
