Yes I am running extended studs front and rear, I believe 10mm longer than stock (can't quite remember). But since I eventually wanted 15mm spacers in the rear, I ended up using 15mm spacers w/ built-in studs, which are secured to my rear hubs via the extended studs. I'm lucky my wheels have the cut-outs in the back to accommodate the longer studs!
When I was running 255/35 and 285/35 I was also on +22 offset wheels, but with 5mm front and 10mm rear spacers. I had no rubbing issues, but my ride height was also higher. Never tried 10mm and 15mm spacers on that setup but I think I would have had some rubbing. It's worth trying, though....worst case you end up with one extra set of spacers.
Where is your Z? I notice in your info that you are now in Guam. Did they put your Z on the slow boat to get over to you?
Thank you, sounds good. I think I literally have every spacer size from 2.5mm all the way to 25mm with my inbound household goods shipment from storage. I'll try 10mm front and 15mm rear first, hopefull they work.
But yeah, the Z is supposed to ship from Germany by the end of March. I had to file a minor claim against the storage company for moving the car and scratching the paint. It has since been moved to the repair shop who'll make the repairs. Just waiting for the estimate and green light from the insurance company.
Having trouble finding what i am looking for. Trying to find TE37s in gloss or diamond black. COnsider gold as well. 18x9.5 front and 18x10.5 rear. Have found a set of bronze TE37s. The rear is ok at 18x10.5 +22 offset. But the fronts are 18X9.5 +35 offset. I know the nismo LMGT4s go up to +30 offset. Will be running a 255/40/18 front tire for now, and maybe a 265 tire later. Stoptech 6pot caliper, 355mm/14 inch rotor. SHould cover the rotor. WIll it rub on the inner fender when turning? WIll it look stupid and be too tucked in compared to the rear. Prefer not to run a spacer. Thanks for any help.
