Volf SF challenge pics on Z needed

I absolutely love these wheels EXCEPT for the lip on the inside of the rim, they almost look like wheel wieghts and it says volk racing on it. What is that? IS it just the style of the wheel? I really wish they weren't there.

Suspension: Cusco comp zero 2R, soon to be mine when he gets his new suspension setup.

I think 275/35/19 for the rear and 245/40/19 for the front. I'll check when it's not raining out side.
