Well I fnally was able to buy the wheels I wanted. A set of 5 ad s5 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 in gunmetal.... Looked badass. On the way home from work today on I80 I was following behind a jeep with a semi on the side of me and the jeep in front of me hits this huge piece of semi truck tire and sends it my way. With no where to go I hit this thing to totally screwing up my front bumber and scratching the sh*t out of my front drivers side rim. Come to find out my insurance doesnt cover aftermarket. I had these wheels put on Saturday, just my freakin luck. I was only able to enjoy these wheels for about 5 days.

Does your policy have a specific exclusion of coverage for aftermarket parts? I'd check the policy closely.

If its just paint on the wheel that's messed up, either try touching it up, or having that wheel color matched and re-powdercoated by a local shop. A local powdercoating shop by my place does them for $50 a wheel.

Hell ya! +1 on that - just spend the cash to get it fixed...
Also get with your insurance and find out about "extra" coverage they offer. Cant be THAT bad if its extra..

Sorry to hear man, things happen.

I try to keep alot of distance from cars in front of me so that I can have time to slow down/swerve from objects but sometimes there is nothing you can do.
