Default New wheels, help me with tire sizes

Ok, I just ordered some of the varrstoens CE replicas. Yes they're knockoffs, shame on me. Now let's be adults and hopefully some one can help me. I currently have all stock suspension, but I'm in the market for tien flex coilovers and I'd rather not get new tires twice. The wheels I got are:
19x9.5+12
19x10.5+12

I'm thinking I'm going to run
245/35/19
275/35/19
but I'd like to run
255/35/19
285/35/19

I'm sure I'm going to have to roll fenders, but I'm Hoping not to have to do anything crazy with camber. Any advice, or experience with this setup would be greatly appreciated

The first combo, and you will need a roll. and close to -2 camber.

255/35 285/35 is the way to go. I run a 19 x 10.5 +12 as well with 285/35 rears. Lowered on Hotchkis springs and springmount mod for a 1.25" drop. Just a roll and -1.6 degrees of camber and I clear by about 1cm.

Can I pull this off with my current stock setup?

You haven't rolled the fenders yet. So I would buy the tire size you want out of the choices you've listed. Roll your fenders, and test fit every now and then to see if they've cleared yet. If not keep rolling until it does clear. Good luck.
