Angry Aftermarket Wheels Crisis

Im having the hardest time finding wheels of my liking.

Im looking for a lightweight 18" wheel that will look good. So far this is how my journey has been through...

OEM 17"s - ugly
SSR GT2 - like the look, forged but still heavy (26.6 lbs)
Volk GTC - 18" GTCs? whats wrong with me?
Volk LE37s - too expensive, doesnt look that good...
iforge aeros - too expensive, not that light
gramlights 57f pro - not diggin the rivets
gramlights pro - didnt look good as i thought
OEM Touring wheels - not bad, but heavy
NISMO LMGT4 - light, but dont like the look
OEM Track Rays - light and looks good, but too damn expensive

anyone have any other suggestions?

my 350 is chrome silver and will be lowered with tiens (.6"front .7"rear)

18x9 (18 lbs) Front with 245/40s
~lowered on TIENs .6" front .7" rear

what about te37s....you have to be careful when you buy 18" aftermarket wheels for performance.....if they have a little "blingish" look to them then they wont look right as 18's (just like u said with the GTC's)

i say te37 is the best bet

Good call, never really thought of that...so youre not saying the SSRs have a "blingish" look to them are you? Im planning on getting the flat silver ones.

As for TE37s, Im not really diggin the look of it with 18s

He is talking about a volk sf winnings style or iforged Senekas. Are you looking for spokes? 5, 6, or 7? The mesh look can really look nice on a smaller wheel. I think spokes look much better when you go 19"+ some of the 18s start to look like there is too much tire there. The volk sf challenge might just be what you are looking for.

For light, rare and incredibly strong (albeit not forged, not sure how important that is to you....honestly it should not be, as ther are good and bad examples of forging and casting out there).

I personally love these...and best part is you wont have the same wheels as everyone else! Comes in gold white and silver

Great wheel. Light. Easy to clean. They'd be my choice. TC used the 18" version of this on his T2 race car.

Here is a shot of the front rim.

Here is a shot of the car.

Shot of the rear, the rear was not slammed yet, cuz my camber arms were still on backorder.

P.S. These wheels are for sale!

Do black wheels look good? Nobody seems to have any examples of them (at least in 18s- some of the sites seem to have some 17s), but I would think they'd look decent.
