So i am dropped on coilovers, with 19x9.5 & 10.5. so far i have had Toyo t1r's, and Falken FK452's.. i liked the performance of the FK452's better than the toyos, but the tread seems to have wore down really fast.
I am looking for new rear tires right now because my fronts(fk452) still have plenty of tread. Currently im running 275/30/19's but i feel like i could run 275-285/30-35/19 with out rubbing.
i have been looking all over the internet trying to compare tires price and performance but there are so many. i dont know what to choose.
my driving consists of agressive street driving mostly, with highway every now and then. and i Autocross about 3 times a year, and i will be going up to The Dragon in a few months and would like some nice grippy tires to take on the dragon. (which is a mountain road consiting of 318 corners in 11 miles)
I want more performance and treadlife than my FK452's but i still want to keep it in the under $300/tire range. any ideas?

I had the hankook ventus V12's on my 06 G coupe. I hated them 100%! They felt like they were overinflated all the time. Traction was pretty terrible too, as was cornering. For a budget tire I was fairly pleased with the Kumho ecsta's I tried
I really like the Advan Sports, I've been running them for about five years. Recently tried some fk452's on my stock 18's and I absolutely hate them. But the advans wear out really fast.

the reviews on those Continental ExtremeContact DW are very impressive.. tread design is weak, but id gladly give that up for performance lol. I think im going to try these out.. plus they have them in 285/35/19
