Default +12 or +22? Help me decide!

I'm looking to get some Varrstoen's with the Takata green pinstripe (ES 2.2.2 19x9.5/10.5). I'm still in college (finish grad school in August) and my driveway here is horrble, so I don't want to drop the Z yet. Since I'll be at stock height for a little I've heard the +22's will allow me to get the 255/285 tires I want without a fender roll at stock height. I like the look of the +12's, but I'm afraid I'll rub without a fender roll. I don't want to really roll the fenders twice if they need to be adjusted when I lower it. I'm not looking to wait until August for new wheels either because I'm on stockers now and will need new tires soon, so instead of investing in them, I'll use that money for the new tires on these 19's. Help me decide please!!

+12's WILL RUB at stock height with 255/285s. I know because that is my exact setup. I just got my fenders rolled this weekend in preperation for lowering.

not to scare you as you can drive like that(i did for almost 3 weeks) but you have to be very cautious about bumps/dips in the road, and you'll hate the noise when they do rub

+22 would be my choice, you can always space out if needed for "perfect fitment"
