Default My Neurotic tire search, Pic set-up request

Alright folks.

Been researching various dual purpose track and street tires. All the brands that were economical and grippy were dangerous in the wet...

I'm back to Star specs which are more expensive than the others and the sizing is not exactly what I'd prefer.

I'd like to see any guys with +15's offset lowered on Starspecs. My concern is that a 275/35/18 rear and either (265/255)/35/18 front are a bit thinner for the time i would run on the street. Worried about fender gap/ too thin look and rim damage to Rpf1's. I originally was looking 285/35 and 255/265/35 in other brands.

Please anyone with the above set up post pics. Thanks

I ran 265/275 star spec combo on my car for a while. I liked them quite a bit.

That's right, No problems daily driving with them? I just thought that the 35 profile are too thin vs a 285/35

Nope, but I never did much DD'ing on them. The dunlops do have a stiff sidewall, though.

there's only a .1" difference in sidewall height between 285/35 and 275/35. i doubt you'd notice much of a difference.

Well, I ordered 275/35's and 255/35/18 Dunlop Star specs. Hope they aren't too thin for a conservative drop. I already know they are a great tire.
