Default Wheel size question

Currently I have the stock Touring V.2 Wheels on my car. The specs on that are

Front
Size: 18x8.0
Offset: +30mm
Weight: 24.4
Tire: 225/45/18

Rear
Size: 18x8.5
Offset: +33mm
Weight: 25.8
Tire: 245/45/18

I am looking into buying 18x9.5 ROTA P45R Wheels. The specs on those are

Size: 18x9.5 "

Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3mm

Offset: 30 mm

I wanted to know will that fit since all the tires are the same size and right now I have staggered wheels since my rear wheels are wider? Also does it matter that all 4 wheels are P45R which are the rear wheels and they have more concave? And since they are 30mm offset I dont need any spacers for the front or rear do I? I am sorry if these are dumb questions, I am a noob when it comes to cars and I just got mine like 4 months ago.Thank guys!

The Rota P45Rs are Nismo LMGT4 replicas so yes, running a square setup (18x9.5 +30 all around) will work just fine. I suggest NOT using your OEM tires as they are vey narrow (225/245) for the wider Rotas. Spacers won't be necessary, but getting a set of 10mm would definitely make your car look better.

Don't they offer a 9.5 in +20 , i would get them front and rear then add a 10mm spacer to the back.

Compare the current wheel to the new wheel.
Do you have 19 mm between the tire and strut to spare?
Do you have 19 mm between the brake calliper and wheel to spare?
