what is this? do i need them with aftermarket wheels?what do they do?sorry for the newb question new to z'x and i searched and cant find anything

Hub bore on the stock wheel is XX.X , hub bore on the aftermarket wheel you buy is XX.X , if they are not the same you need to run hub rings
