Default 265/30/19 in the rears?

So I might be picking up these wheels and they have 245/35/19 front and 265/30/19 tires on, fairly new tires. Can I use this set up? I'm concerned if the rear is too small? My Z is really low as well, and haven't rolled the fenders. The specs on the wheels are 19x9.5 fronts +22 and 19x10.5 +22. Let me know, thanks.

Your rears should be taller, not shorter than your fronts. What kinda setup is this?

Buy them, switch to 275/35 for the rears, and sell me the 265/30s

I have 275/35/19 in the rear with +18. I can't wait to switch to 285/35/19.

You can run the 265's up front , whatever you do you will need to buy a set of tires.

265/30 is a front tire size, but a bad one at that. It does not belong on a 10.5" wheel.
