You just missed the sale on the S-Tune. I got mine for $1,300.00
Looks like they're up to $1,600.00 there now.

oops, sorry, i should have read.

I know a good solution though and it's still a coilover.

Tein Basic usually goes for $800 for the whole coilover set. You can adjust ride height on it, but not damping.

they replace both, so this is a better buy than the NISMO IMHO.

Well, the basics are the cheapest out there and some have said that they are quite good. I'm with you on the price thing though, why spend so much money on one thing when there are so many things out there to purchase. The Nismos are OK, but spending that much money on a set of coilovers with no height adjustability is just too much money for them, IMO.

Who cares about height adjustment. I want the car to handle and ride better. The car is low enough stock. The S-Tune drops it 20mm. I'll go no lower.

Just wondering...you've been talking about a suspension kit for your ride for how long now?!?
When are you going to do it?!?

When I have the $. Would you care to contribute to my fund? Actually I will probably wait till spring and decide between the S-Tune or Konis. You say the bounce is gone with the S-Tunes?

There are several GREAT suspensions out there now. If warranty is a question you need to go with Nismo!! If not you should find some local members and ride in their cars. Whatever you decide, it's pretty hard to make a wrong choice.

From what I have heard, the S-tunes do provide a fix to the bounce, but you have to say what you mean by "ride better". Riding better means stiffer for autox or for cruising around town?? Makes a big difference.
