they are 7.5x18 sry, they were off a honda. they would look great on my car and would be cool looking extra set of rims put on my z. what size would the spacer have to be?

They will look like chit with those sizes and offset plus 7.5 is wayyyy to small for a z. You will get ne traction with a 215 in the rear.
Look for wheels that are 8.5-9.5 for the front and 9.5-10.5 for the rear with offsets in the low twenties
It will be about 4x worse than stock. Those wheels were made for a Honda. seriously dont waste you're time.
really so even though these rims are only 1/2 an inch smaller than stock (18x8 right?) it wont be the the same flushness as stock even with like 38mm spacers?
i dont really understand offsets. what would it look like with big *** spacers? worse than the stock anti-flushness?
Considering your stock wheels are about 35 offset, why would you want to go 45? That would be less flush than the stock wheels, not to mention it's a skinnier width so good luck mounting bigger tires.

You never want to downgrade when buying new (or used) wheels.
In this case:
Going from 8"/8.5" wheels to 7.5" is a downgrade.
Going from +35 offsets to +45 is a downgrade
Planning on using spacers, especially 38mm, is not good. Never buy wheels with the intention of using spacers, buy wheels that fit. Now using spacers to make your wheels more "agressive" is ok but using them to make your wheels look like they actually belong on the car is dumb IMO.
just take them, and sell them to the honda crowd. And please, please, do not put them on your car. Even with like 50mm spacers they will look like ****.
