Default Best quality, cheap, wheel brands?

Could someone recommend some cheap wheel brands that are high-quality still? Not looking to pay more than 2-300 a wheel roughly. Need black wheels. I like the Rays TE style but 900 a wheel is insane; I know quality wheels can be made around 200 in the truck world as I have had plenty of alcoas. Quality is important though as I had a friend with cheap aluminum wheels where one cracked, broke, and flipped his truck on the highway at 55 and almost killed him.

Cheap and High Quality don't really go hand in hand. You could probably get some decent quality wheels for that price, but there's no way you'll get the "best" quality wheels. With that budget, I'd recommend varrstoen's or some rota's. Most people that run them on this forum are happy with them.

for style (especially te37), varrstoen or rota for sure. if you want a cheaper "quality" wheel, enkei may also be in your price range!

There are low price wheels out there that are pretty good in that price range.Of course,
you are not interested in the weight factor, right? You left out an important part. What size are you looking for?If you are going for a 18" wheel, there will be some good buys in that size.Larger, the price will go up.Enkei is a good brand at low end.ADR,ACE,XXR are also in that range. On the color, you could always paint e'm blackif you found the right wheel at the right price.I'd go with a gun metal if it were me.Too much black out there.
But,depends on the color of your Z...

Find some wheels here that you like. Price them. If they are within your budget buy them. You can pick wheels for your car better than I can.

Thanks for the info, for size I am thinking 18-19, large is fine as the car is plenty fast for me already so the weight is no big deal. Price wise thats why I pointed out $200 alcoas as they are forged and high quality - but I guess with car rims your paying a lot extra for "style" just like clothes, I get that. My Z is white so black would look pretty good I think, but bronze also looks good.

Yeah, used is fine with me if I can find what I want - kind of have a specific look in mind, I will keep a lookout on the board.

Saw these work emotions that look pretty damn nice in bronze, although more expensive than what I *ideally* want to pay; are those 18 or 19's on that car? Anyone know what exhaust that is? seems lower profile than other single TI-C exhausts

Those are Cr-Kais and the largest diameter they are available in are 18"s for our car.

I do recommend Varrstoen. I have hit some pretty bad pot holes, bumps and I have yet to break or bend one.
