What is the largest tire size I can run, all the way around?
I have a touring 6spd, with the stock 18's
I have a very simple quesiton..
What is the largest tire size that you can run on these rims?
ALL THE WAY AROUND, none of this larger in the back business...
Will 255's work up front? will they rub when I turn the wheel all the way?
If I could, I'd run 255/45/R18's all the way around..
If not, I guess I'm stuck with 245/45/R18's
thx guys........Im about to order tires, so please post if you read this

I'm running 265/35-18 all around for my race tires (stock size rims but different offset, 18x8x35mm) Plenty of room in front, but quite a bit smaller overall diameter than stock.
Haven't had any problems with VDC yet though (on the to or from events). I AutoX with VDC off, so I don't know how it affects things when driving really hard.
My street tires are 245/40 in front and 245/45 in back to maintain the diameter stagger.
-D'oh!

So guys, someone who knows for SURE tell me this...
will 245/45/R18's fit all the way around, with no turning clearence issues in the front?
What about 255/45/R18's?
if the 255's will, im going to do that......

2003z,
are those wheels in your sig 17s? I am seriously contemplating going with aftermarket 17" wheels for the advantages of cheaper price, lighter wheels, and significantly cheaper and better rubber that's available for 17".
