Default welowe........

My Nismo 18" came with "flat" center caps - I just assumed both 18" & 19" did. All the sets I've seen do. I just installed the Nismo suspension a week ago - drop at 1/4" now...will drop 3/4" in 3-4 weeks of settling. Here's a pic of the flat center cap on 18".....

Z Cruzn,
I was reading the description of the 19" rims off of the japanparts.com website and it stated that the "flat" center cap didn't work. But, I saw pics of a guys Z on chicagoz.com that had 19" Nismos and he had a flat center cap... so I guess it works. Does the tire pressure sensor work without modification (well, other than having to place the sensors on them) on your 18s? I plan on getting the suspension put on early next year, I hear it gives the Z a much better feel, you like yours?

I am mainly wondering how the Z looks with the 19s and the nismo suspension, does it look bad, or something.

As far as availibility of the 19s, I have seen posts from vendors (on this board) saying that they can get them... I do wonder how long it would take to get them in? And how much more are they than the 18s?

Wayne, the only way to get a flat center cap is to modify (i.e.- MACHINE FLAT), the slightly domed center cap that is supplied with the Nismo wheels sold in the US.

It is a different center cap then the 18" LMGT4 wheel...

The center caps of TE37's work along with any volk center cap with that size...

Or you can use the Rays raised center cap as well...

I am taking special orders for 19" LMGT4's...
