I am thinking about getting rims. What are the best for rotation? 19x9.5 or 19x10 all the way around. Please help a brother out

 

Round ones are best for rotation.

 

really i heard the squares are better they have a bit more surface area

Most wheels I've seen are round.
Are you talking about ROTATING tires?
So,you will have a square set up?
If I may ask,what is your objective?
You are a cheap guy,don't want to fool with
a proper staggered format?
Plan on tracking your car?
At any rate,check some threads on tolerances
for tires on front&rear(diameters).Go from there.

 

The best wheels for rotation are round wheels. I am sure of it.

There is no best setup for "rotation", if you search for "square setup" you will see plenty of threads on the subject
