Are you going to lower your car? If yes, be sure to include pics before and after the drop.

Awesome wheels!

I think they will be worth the wait tho

Congrats Drew. LE's always look great on DB.

Seeing that 10ski on the lip makes me re-think the 9.5" rears...10.5" = nice.

Thanks for all for the compliments

And as far as I'm planning, yes I am going to drop my car a little (well actually springs + shocks -- Tein Basic as now) But I'll definitely post before and after pics of the drop. If I do end up dropping it, it probably wont get done for another few weeks just cause I need to work some more and get some $...hehe

Oh BTW -- I am going to make a new thread when I do get the wheels mounted. Not in this thread, just cause the title will mislead people. I'll just do a part II, or they're mounted -- revisited! Sorry, it's been a long day my comments are

(thai, we definitely gotta meet up somepoint! Baby Z has indeed been getting pampered, she's a very spoiled child...but will be worth it even more in the end )

Hey Drew,

Congrats man on the rims...I remember you saying you were getting them soon when we last talked (TT350Z first look'Jordans') . When I get back from my overseas trip in March I plan on getting the gold ones from Jeff, HOPEFULLY.

Anyway, congrats again...

hey Drew,

We most definitely need to meet up sometime and chill. I'm hoping we're not going to get anymore snow or ice; I haven't driven my Z for 2 months now. It's been too cold to wash her too (and she's got dust and water stains on her), I'm waiting for that self-wash place to open up in Rockville so that I don't have to take the Z to any car wash.

We should try shooting for a get together next month.

Well, unfortunately, these are my first set of Volk wheels. Point being, I dont know TOO much about them myself specifically. I do know they are light weight (I think they 26-27 lbs, 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 respectively) but dont quote me on that to the pound. Again, any questions should be to Jeff@Evolution -- he is the authority on Volk wheels. But again what made me get these wheels (besides the looks of course ) is same as what you heard. Light weight, and just revered as some of the best made wheels without having to spend $1,000+ per wheel. Sorry I cant answer more though!

and yes, pics on car will be coming, and they will be good

Great choice on the wheels!! The LE37Ts are much lighter than what you think, I was told ~19lbs per wheel which I believe is correct. They were definately lighter than my stock 17s which are 23lbs each. Are you planning on rolling your fenders when you drop the car? I had originally ordered the 9.5 front and 10.5 rear but was told by Jeff that if I wanted to drop the car that I would need the fenders rolled in the rear, so I changed my order. I know there has been some discussion about this but was curious to know how it turns out since the 10.5 rear lip is pretty sweet compared to the 9.5.

I'm curious about the rolling too...like the 10.5 with it's lip and concavity.

Good luck on the install and goodspeed on those pics!

I'm feeling tickled with excitement. Please provide more information when you can, I'm most definitely interested in this.

You'll love the LE37's on your Z. I really haven't seen another wheel the fits the car so well. I weighed mine before mounting. The 9.5" was 19.2 lbs, and the 10.5 was just over 20 lbs.

zzzya & zztopp:

Great pics! I'm so siked for this coming Monday or Tues (whichever day my Toyos come in!) The boxes are just begging me to open and mount them. Question for both of you though: Are your cars both stock suspension? They look so sweet, and I'm pretty sure I've seen in other threads that both of your cars are in fact stock suspension, but I just wanted to double check. And yeah I was told that I wont need to roll fenders for now, but when I do lower it (which im about 90% sure I'm going to do) I will probably end up rolling the fenders then. I'll keep you posted, and be sure to take pics.

thanks

Yeah I still have the stock suspension, but still plan on a drop. Still trying to figure out coilovers vs. springs & struts.
