They came in 19" as well. They have also been discontinued for some time now so you can only find them used.

they are venaci wheels (by centercap) which were made by work. not sure if venaci is still around. so work would be the route to go.

Please see attached pics. Apparently meet JWL, don't know if that really counts for much. But also hast DOT stamp- is that typical, to have both JWL and DOT?
