Those are Fugly RE-35 MkII's. Hard to find.

 

 

That "mesh" style of wheel is made by many different wheel brands. Chances are you can find a brand that makes that wheel in your budget.

 

Enkei, VMR, and a few others make rims that are similar to that style.

 

Im sure those Rent A Wheel stores sell them.

Simple google search of the red "Ti" from the center cap would've given you the answer. That and those are as cheap as wheels get, quality and price.

18x10+18 Work XD9s.

 

^I take that back, spokes are too fat and CE28's have 10 spokes, XD-9's have 9 so they are XD9's
