Default Custom painted wheels

So i was searching around and didnt see a thread about people painting there own wheels. Might be because you guys actually have decent wheels. Anyway i didnt like the color of my shitty MSR wheels that came with my car(bought a stock set that i think looked better), so i got some tremclad paint, did some prep and painted them. Let me know what you think, I know the paint wont last forever, i know my front bumper doesnt match at all, and i know the offset on these wheels are **** lol, also rears are 245/40/18 so a bit smaller diameter. Also dont know if this was the place to post this, if not you can move it wherever.

If others have painted there own wheels post some pics.

Ya i know, its been like that since i bought it 2 and a half years ago. Probably original top, im in uni right now so not much money to spend. Paint cost me like 40 bucks... But ya that is my biggest priority when i decide to spend money on this car. Cant decide if I want to swap it myself( concerned it wont turn out good, wrinkled etc), or pay a shop. I also need to replace or fix the bent bar on the top when i replace the soft top.

I was planning on doing it this summer since i got a decent coop job, but then someone hit and ran my car, damaged the door, so i had to pay insurance deductible.

It's all in the prep work. The best of prep and paint will last a while. But you'll never get the same results as you will with a gun or powdercoat.
