Ok so I got new wheels and the bore size is 70.3. I know out z have 66.1. I can't find a centric ring that converts the 2. Any help? I have read both sides of the needs/don't need argument. Is there any substitute I can use?

Go to a local tire store (my choice is Discount Tire) and mention what you need. Likely the correct rings are in stock.
