I am also looking at the new Aodhan DS02 in black chrome. I love black chrome wheels and those are purdy!

Look into the ESR sr08's. They look similar and are available in pretty much any custome coating.

They have not been mounted. My tires (which I am now waiting on NANKANG NOBLE SPORT NS-20's because the Delinte where going to take over a week and a half to get here) will get here around Monday or Tuesday. I did have a chance to weigh the 9.5 rim (front ones) and I got 24lbs.

Good info! They are some heavy boogers huh. 29 lbs for 9.5 19s and 33 lbs for 10.5 19s. Hmmm...

Well... I actually shot them an email yesterday asking how heavy the sr01's and sr06's (9.5 & 10.5) were, and they replied today saying this.. (Which tbh I can actually believe, because my sr06's 19X9.5 weighed only about 24.3lbs when I weighed them yesterday.

Their Reply:

It should be about 24 - 27 lbs :-)

If they don't have the weights listed on their website I would pass on the brand completely. There are lighter weight wheels for under 1k new

Yeah, i really think my heart is set on the Aodhan DS02s now. Of course I have no idea how much they weigh either. I would guess probably around the same....

They just came out a couple weeks ago so not much info on them.

Lighter isn't necessarily better for lower end wheels.

Good point. They aren't made for performance, but hopefully the cast is good enough to hold up to normal driving, which means extra weight.

The Aodhan DS02's general specs... (Including weight)

Size: 19x9.5 F / 19x11 R
weight: 26.24 lbs F / 28.75 lbs R
Lip Size: 2.5" F / 3.5" R
Rim Material: Alloy
Offset: 22 F / 22 R
Rim Structure: One Piece

I'm sure there's more specs but you get the idea.. I'm sticking with the esr's because I love the lip sizes.. 3.25" & 4"

This is what ESR states on their website...

-High Quality Low Pressure Casting
-Daily use and Track Proven
-OEM TPMS and Mounting Hardware Compatible
-Custom finishing upon request
-Optimum strength
-1 year paint warranty
-Lifetime structural warranty

Warranty was big for me..

Wow, thanks again! I need to learn how to get better at searching. I am assuming the tpms sensors will go right on the DS02s also, but I guess I need to research that. I don't want to stare at the orange light on the dash for tpms.

The only thing to look out for when you buy your rims is relocating the TPS units to your new rims to see if they will actually fit properly; some rim surfaces/designs are such that the TPS unit may not fit correctly. And im not 100% positive on this but I heard that you most likely will have to reprogram your cars chip due to the increase size in rims.. But don't quote me on that.. I'll research that too..
