Default 275/40/18 all around?

Hello I am looking for anyone's opinions/experience with running this size all the way around on my 2003 350z touring. Right now I have stock 17s with 225/50/17 tires. It's almost winter here in Nebraska so I'll be throwing my blizzaks on for the winter but I came across a guy selling very clean 18x9.5 kazera KZA with nitto 555s for only 550. He has 275/40r18 on all wheels. I want to jump on the deal and may just change up the tires if I do but is that tire too wide /tall for my fronts? It does not have the brembos and its on STOCK suspension . Thank you.

275/40 is too tall for the front. If they're all in good shape, buy some new fronts and use the 275/40's as backups for the rear.

Just because you run them with no problems doesn't mean that a properly sized front tire wouldn't improve handling. Just sayin
