Wheel and Tire Help

Hi I wanted get some new wheels and tires. I'm on stock suspension and was thinking about doing 18x9.5 +12 wheels and 285/30/18 tires? Would that work? Any advice on what looks good or fits the best and doesn't mess with anything? Thanks
