I got my set for $1799 + $60 shipping and they came w/ the lugnut adapter. Great deal on ebay. Sold by Hawkinson Nissan in Matteson, IL.

I paid $1,800 out the door (including tax) for my NISMO wheels from my local dealer. They also sponsor our club. www.350zclubofflorida.com. I am curoius though about this so-called adapter. Isn't it just a 17mm long socket? That is not going to do me any good if I get a flat. So I went to PEP Boys and bought this rather cool lug wrench that folds up (in a plastic case) and it has all the sizes I need if I get a flat. It costs $12.99 and fit nicely with my spare. Z Ya!
