Looking at Aodhan AH02s and ESR SR01 and the like, not sure what I need to make it fit if it doesnt already. Looking at 19x9.5+22 for the front and 19x10.5+22 in the rear, going for flush, currently on Z1 lowering springs and will probably go for 245/35 front and 265/35 rear tire. Do I need to go higher offset and run spacers on the front to clear the brakes and still get good fitment?

 

The +30F/+33R 18"s clear the Brembos with no issues so I bet you're fine with 19"s in the low +20 range. That should provide even more clearance unless the wheel/spoke design is really weird.
