Default Tire Mounting Question

OK guys and gals, sorry if this is a weird question, but here goes...

I just got new tires for the Z. I ordered them from TireRack since they are sooo much cheaper than my local tire stores.

I can't put 4 tires in my Z and take it to the local shop. I can however put the Z up on jackstands and take my tires and wheels to the shop in my beater truck.

Is there anything I need to do or be corcerned with for the Tire Pressure Sensors? If I simply make sure I put the same wheel back on the same "corner" will the sensors simply start to work again, or once they are out of range, will I have to reset them somehow?

I'm also doing a tire/wheel upgrade and own the Z and a truck. My plan is to drop off the new tires and wheels to my local shop (with the truck), then bring the Z in the next morning. I've used my shop before, and trust them with my cars not to mention a set of rims and tires. Your case may be different.

As far as the tire sensors go... I've read that you need to put the same sensor on the same corner of the car. Tell the mechanic that and you should be fine. You may get better care/treatment if you bring them a box of donughts in the morning. Seriously.

I know this shop VERY well. They have state of the art equipment to mount tires on rim of up to 24 inches. They do charge a little bit more, but actually have two techs working on any rim 18" or larger.

They do all the work for the local "bling bling" cars and trucks.

They prefer import beer, not donuts.

But do you really want to drop off a case of beer before they work on your car?

The beer is the reward for AFTER I get my rims back scratch free...

So, nobody can really confirm that there will be no issues with the Tire Pressure Suensors?
