How much money are we talking here? Can you give a price for powder coating the whole wheel and a price for powder coating just the exterior.

we are now doing core exchanges on stock 18's...

so we can do this and you will have no down time...

$350 for black...
$450 for Gunmetal...

I have a picture of Black stock 18's in my office... I posted a picture on here once but I am on dial up and takes for ever to search... and its my bed time...

Hey Jason, the previous post asked about the 17"s. since i have no real use for my old 17"s ( i was just going to sell them ) once they come off the car. If your interested i would trade them for something parts wise to give you a core set to start with. They are perfect, no defects.

Same price for 17's...

If I were to powdercoat my stock rims... I think I would put some wheel spacers on so they are pushed out more in the wheel well... IMHO

What color would look best on a black car? I am not sure that dark of a wheel would match well. And I am a bit sketchy about your gunmetal powdercoat, just seems too different for my tastes.

ill have to post the LMGT4 in gunmetal next to a Volk TE37 in gunmetal. I have a picture of that on my workie computer (leaving soon jeff)...

I personally LOVE a black on black car... stealth mode! That was my original plan for the Z, I was set to purchase a Black Track but decided I wasnt going to pay the extra for wheels and brakes I was going to change any way...

I would say either Black or Gunmetal on a black car... When I get the wheel on a tire, ill roll it around and take a picture next to other colors...

Color of the LMGT4's in GunMetal and the Stock 18's are the same...

The OE 18's are in the back and didnt want to pull them out...

so , I took an LMGT4 out side...

Lets just say... As soon as I scrape up my Black LMGT4's they are going to turn GunMetal!

hey!!!
today i heard this.........
i went some powdercoating place and they told me that if i wanna do powdercoating on my rims....they will charge me additional 100$
BECAUSE WHEN I BOUGHT MY CAR..I GOT CHROMED OEM 18"RIMS
THEY NEED TO WIPED THE CHROME OFF AND THEN POWDER COATED.
is this right??? i thought it is all same price even though i have chromed finished rims...
