Hey guys,

I am in the process of replacing my stock potenza tires because they are horrible. It has been just about 8k miles since i bought the car and my tires are completely bald. I should point out, i want a tire that will improve my times at the track. I ran my car on these bald tires last weekend and the best time i could get was a 14.112 @ 101.6. There was another Stock Z there running 13.7's and the only difference on his car was his tires, he had his snow tires on with smaller 17 inch wheels. Anyways, i was thinking of going with the Nitto 555's but i dont think they make them for the 225 size that i need on the front. Any suggestions on what tire i should go with and what i should do would be nice.

Your going to get alot of opinions but I have Bridgestone S03 Pole positions, huge improvement over oem potenzas - I ordered mine through tirerack.com

I have heard many good things about the Toyo T1-S and the goodyear f1s are good too.

 

I'm running Dunlop SP9000s. IMO, they have the best cost/performance ratio out there. I Love 'EM.
