Question Interesting Patch

Just put on my new JWT Pop Charger--went onto the street in front of my house to see what she felt like. Revved to 3500 RPM and popped the clutch. Laid nice little patch -- about 15 feet before I got out of it. Ran errand and returned. As I turned into my drive way noticed patch laid down was heavier (darker) inboard (toward the center of the car) than outboard.

It seems the tires really learn inward at the top when the rear drops under hard acceleration.

You drag racers notice this phenom?

BTW -- '03 Touring 6 spd; mods=Pop Charger & NISMO exhaust -- ENKEI RPF1 18x8.5 / 18x9.5 + Falken 451 (245/40 -- 275/40)

Default er Yea ! - Stock rear has Negative Camber

The negitive Camber on the rear tires is -1.5
And more if you have Eibach's - Hotchkis - Other lowering springs.

You can take out some negative camber - if you are going to be Ricky Racer and do burn outs on a regular basis.

The -1.5 Rear is to keep from being a "remember old whats his name" on Canyon runs.

On Canyon runs - If the tire noise ( screech ) is equal front and rear and you still have control.. You are dead nuts on.

Cheers Amy -

Driving in circles burning tires or doing a straight line burn out.. Yeah - The inside would be darker.
