Default 285/30/18 A048

Assuming they actually fit front and rear, what are necessary compensations to ensure that 285/30/18 A048s do not mess up the braking balance?

Diameter Difference: 4.78% less comparing to 225/45/18 stock

Advan A048 285/30/18 ....section width 11.1" now thats a pretty wide tire

may i ask what is the purpose of putting 285/30/18. is it for drag or track use??

quote from stoptech:
"factor will increase rear bias- More sticky tires (higher deceleration limit)"

which you know the a048 is a pretty sticky tire....plus the wide section width.

also i think you are goin to have a smaller diameter in the rear...which will also increase the tendency of rear bias.....just dont know by the factor of how much.

i personally think the 285/30/18F&R is not a great set up on the track...on this particular car.
