Will TPS work on enthusiast trim?

I am getting stock 18" wheels with TPS for my CS enthusiast trim 350Z. What I am trying to figure out is if the TPS sensors inside the tires will work in giving me information inside the car or will they not work...does the car need to be 'equipped' for the TPS sensors? Thanks to anyone who knows!
