19" tires

What is a good brand to use for 245/35/19 and 275/35/19? What are my options?

I prefer the toyo t1-s ... but YMMV.

IMO, the best Cost/Performance ratio in tires is the Dunlop SP9000s. My set is fantastic.

The Bridgestone Pontenza s03's are the best you can get.

the t1-s are pretty cheap right now from onlinetires.com $205 for the fronts and $239 a piece for the rears!
