I wanted to tell everyone about the awsome service I've recieved from The folks at Discount Tire Direct.

I recently purchased a set of Boyds with Nitto Extreme tires from Chance at DTD and from the beginning he was great to work with. My wheels came in almost exactly 4 weeks from the date of order. Not bad for custom wheels.

After driving on them at highway speeds I noticed a slight vibration and had to have the wheels road forced balanced, which DTD paid for. The vibration was still there even after having the road force done. The tires were determined to be the problem.

At that point Chance said he would send me a new set of tires, pay to have them mounted and issue a call tag for the defective ones. I was expecting to have a new set of Nitto tires, instead he sent me a new set of Michelin Pilot Sports for my troubles.

I am very impressed with their level of service and wanted to share the good experience with everyone.
