Default Pro's & Con's on Tires

Saturday (5/8/04) I saw this: Yokohamas ADVAN A048 on a 323 BMW 19" in size. (So PHAT)
What's the pro's and con's if I was to get it for my G coupe?
I'am in Cali. (north hollywood)

if you get them stay way from the rain cause you will have no traction at all, these tires are meant for autocrossing and road courses

most Id go for is r-compound, which still wont look like that.

thats just silly for the streets. better be rich cause they wont last long, and no doubt are expensive to replace.

with normal road conditions anyway they will be crappy handling, as they have no grooves, run over a pebble and the whole tire will probably ride off the ground.

toyos, goodyear, and S03s all have pretty cool looking tread. not like that though.
