Need help with new rims.(Fondmetal 9x)

Can anyone tell if these rims and tires will fit properly on a 2004 Z. They are Fondmetal 9x's 18x8 and 18x9 both with a 25mm offset. Tires are Nitto 555's in a 235/40 and a 275/35 in the rear.

the tire sizes seem a bit off, wheels should work

yea, id do 245-40 & 275-40-18 on the tires. Gettin those 9xs from me?
