So i took off my right wheel to change my pads which i didnt because i couldnt figure out how to change the pads with the brembo system.

As i was rolling my tire back to the car i spotted the innerside of the tires sorta melted/and worn out. Is this what you called tire feathering? I only have 15k. The rest(middle/center) has normal wear and tear.
