Default Stock wheel specs

I tried to "search" for this info but I couldn't come up with a clear answer.

350zmotoring.com says:

350Z Wheels

Standard 17":
F-17x7.5 23.259lbs
R-17x8 24.140lbs

Touring 18":
F-18x8 26.565 lbs
R-18x8 26.565 lbs

Track 18":
F-18x8 18.188lbs
R-18x8.5 18.629lbs

Are the Touring (ie: Performance) wheels really BOTH 18x8?

Or is it:

F-18x8
R-18x8.5

If the wheels are exactly the same, can I get the same 225/45WR18 (narrower front tire spec) winters? So confused.

Yes, the Touring 18" wheels are both 8" wide. So you can put 225/45 on all corners for your winter setup.

would putting same width (225/45) affect my TCS/VDC?

And 225s would be better than 245s for winter/snows right?

I read on 350zmotoring.com - some guy suggested getting 16-17" inch rims and 195 width tires. What do you guys think of that advice? I KNOW it's July but I just want to be prepared.
