What is NISSAN CANADA Hiding!!!!!!!
The new alignment Spec's from Nissan destroys the Handling of your car beware!! I loved my car and it drove perfectly prior to having these changes. You may save on tires but the car has no push or pull it's like driving a go cart. When I drive in a parking garage or making sharp turns I have to constantly return the wheel back to centre...apparantly according to the Western Ontario Nissan Rep that sat beside me in the car said this is NORMAL yeh Right.
After making almost a Dozen phone calls to Nissan Canada I kept getting the same remarks fom 3 CSR'S it's under review, it's under review, lol I think it is part of their phone script for overcoming objections with unhappy customers!
You designed a beautiful car Nissan now try to develop your customer service dept! (CANADA) Have you ever heard of the term Feel,Felt, Found ? My Job of 18 years is training individuals in this area, if you haven't guess it yet yes I specialize in customer service.
What is this company thinking of?? I have lost 6 weeks of enjoyment of this car and have now taken legal action. The car is so stiff after the new alignment setting I feel like I am having a workout muscling the car through turns.
If there is any others in Canada having similar problems I have hired a lawyer and if need be we could lanuch a Class action law suit. I believe this is now taking place in the USA. I really think the suspension Nissan has chosen for this car dosen't work and now they are trying everything possible to get around it. To my understanding THE 2005 HAVE A WHOLE NEW ONE!!
E-mail me with your concerns fellow 350z owners the more involved the quicker Nissan will reslove this problem.

Where are you located? If you're in TO, take your Z in to see the guys at Downtown Nissan on Adelaide. Their service is excellent.
Don't rely on Nissan Canada to fix your problem... just get yourself a good dealer.
