Went to swap out to my "other" wheels and tires combo and discovered that my lug nut lock wrench is no where to be found. I purchased the set (black duralumin) on this site and seemed to have misplaced the card with the seriel numbers to order a replacement as well. I'v been searching for a week now and simply cant believe what an idiot I am.
The local tire shop can remove them but the locks will be destroyed and possibly scratch up the wheel lug hole as well.
Well I'm sure I'm not the first to do this and certainly not the last.....but damn.

 

Recently a guy working on my old car lost the locking lug socket. I got the lug key with my wheels from The Tire Rack ten years ago. The Tire Rack still had records of my purchase and with a digital picture of the locking lug they were able to find a replacement key.
